Faro AI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to bridge business needs and technical solutions in a fast-growing AI-enabled life sciences platform. You will own discovery conversations, design tailored platform demonstrations, and build business cases that enable customers to act, even when challenges seem complex.

You’ll work with enterprise stakeholders, translating technical details into strategic outcomes, and you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within enterprise SaaS, or comparable experience in a management consulting role, with meaningful exposure to life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex evaluations across large, matrixed organizations with extended buying cycles.
• Exceptional discovery skills — you ask better questions than you give answers, and clients leave conversations with a clearer sense of direction.
• Outstanding communication across all levels: equally comfortable at a whiteboard with a clinical ops director and in a boardroom with a VP of R&D.
• A builder mindset — you create structure where none exists and thrive in environments that reward ownership.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Build the Function: shape the pre-sales playbook, create demo frameworks, evaluation workflows, and handoff standards.
• Lead Pre-Sales Engagements: co-lead discovery conversations, design and deliver tailored demonstrations, assist with RFI responses and proposals.
• Build Client Relationships: earn trust of leaders across life sciences, align value proposition to client context, identify technical champions.
• Navigate Technical Evaluations: handle integration questions with product managers, support security/compliance reviews, quantify business impact with ROI analyses.
