Faro Health is hiring a senior software engineer focused on delivering scalable SaaS features for our AI-powered clinical trial platform. You will own the end-to-end feature lifecycle, contribute to system architecture, and promote best practices across a fast-moving, hybrid team.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across product, design, and data, and help shape the future of our platform with a strong emphasis on customer-centric design and robust, scalable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent training.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration or clinical trials/reg healthcare domain is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Feature Delivery: Lead the development of new features from ideation to release, ensuring business requirements are met with excellence.
• Hands-On Innovation: Contribute to architecture and development of high-complexity features.
• Champion Best Practices: Promote engineering best practices for quality, performance and scalability.
