Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Forward Deployed (Value Acceleration) Consultant — Life Sciences AI to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows using Agentforce and Life Sciences Cloud. You will own the roadmap and drive scalable accelerators for regulated life sciences customers.

Collaborating with customer-facing teams, engineering, and SI partners, you will transform manual Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech processes into AI-native solutions, ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable value

Qualifications

3 to 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting.
Experience building or deploying external-facing products in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of business workflow mapping and process improvement in Life Sciences or regulated industries.
Proven experience translating business requirements into automated workflows.
Hands-on automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Life Sciences process blueprints and AI-native accelerators across the LSC portfolio.
Own the feature lifecycle for LS-specific blueprint components from discovery through launch.
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities across Life Sciences workflows (HCP/HCO, field force, clinical ops, revenue cycle).
Map and analyze customer requirements; build blueprints and workflow automations using Agentforce and LSC.
Design automated, enterprise-grade solutions for regulated environments; validate and iterate blueprints.
Translate goals into PRDs, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria; manage backlog and sprints.
Document architecture and go-live guidelines; coordinate go-live readiness across Hub accounts.
Conduct user interviews and quantitative analysis to surface pain points and accelerators.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and SI partners; drive rollout and enablement.
Provide feedback to ensure scalability and compliance requirements are met.
