Job summary

USDM Life Sciences seeks a Principal Technical AI Solutions Consultant to bridge deep AI delivery with strategic opportunities in the life sciences sector. This senior role combines hands-on AI architecture, data-pipeline design, and executive discovery to drive opportunities and compliant, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting or related fields, with AI or ML delivery focus.
• Proven track record driving business development and closing engagements with life sciences customers.
• Ability to lead executive-level technical conversations and translate concepts into business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI solutions, including LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrating enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with GxP requirements and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and own end-to-end sales cycles for AI engagements.
• Lead discovery, scoping, proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
• Maintain executive-level relationships and translate capabilities to business value.
• Architect, deploy, and deliver AI solutions in life sciences environments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams for on-time, high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with quality, compliance, and validation teams to ensure GxP validation.
