Faro AI is seeking a (Senior) Solutions Consultant to join as the first specialist in this function. You will bridge business needs with technical capabilities, shaping discovery, tailored demonstrations, and a compelling business case for enterprise clients in life sciences.

You will collaborate with sales to navigate complex evaluations, translate clinical challenges into actionable solutions, and drive adoption through executive-level engagement and credible technical fluency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within enterprise SaaS, or comparable management consulting with life sciences exposure.
• Ability to lead complex evaluations across large, matrixed organizations with long buying cycles.
• Exceptional discovery skills — ask strong questions to clarify direction.
• Outstanding communication across all levels, from clinical ops directors to VPs of R&D.
• Builder mindset with ownership and structured problem solving.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
• Nice to Have: familiarity with clinical trial design or AI-powered platforms in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Build the function by shaping pre-sales playbooks, demos, FAQs, and collateral.
• Lead pre-sales engagements with discovery conversations, tailored demos, and client proposals.
• Build client relationships with validation of product fit and cross-stakeholder alignment.
• Navigate technical evaluations, addressing security, compliance, and ROI analyses.
