Faro AI is seeking a (Senior) Solutions Consultant to define and lead Faro’s pre-sales function, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You’ll craft tailored demonstrations, ROI-driven business cases, and compelling proposals for complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations in life sciences.

You’ll work with sales and product to ensure a seamless experience from discovery to onboarding, engaging executives and clinical leads while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within enterprise SaaS, or management consulting with life sciences exposure.
• Ability to lead complex evaluations across large, matrixed organizations with long buying cycles.
• Exceptional discovery skills; ask insightful questions to clarify client needs.
• Outstanding communication across levels—from clinical ops to R&D executives.
• Builder mindset with ownership and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build the Function by shaping pre-sales playbooks, demo frameworks, and collateral.
• Lead Pre-Sales Engagements with discovery conversations and tailored demos.
• Build Client Relationships with executive stakeholders and internal teams.
• Navigate Technical Evaluations by coordinating with product and security teams.
