Syncron, a leading SaaS company, is hiring a Project Manager for its Customer Excellence / Expert Services team in a remote-capable role. You will lead cloud-based service lifecycle projects for manufacturing and aftermarket clients, coordinating global teams and managing scope, timelines, and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in SaaS implementations, proven project leadership for 6–12 month engagements, and strong business English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years SaaS implementation experience.
• 2 years leading projects of similar size.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent business English (oral and written).
• Willingness to travel 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cloud-based service lifecycle solutions for global clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Act as main client interface and align with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure project goals and success criteria are defined and met.
