Job summary

Quandary Consulting Group, a Denver-based technology consulting firm, is seeking a hybrid role that blends strategic client conversations with hands-on solution development.

You will run discovery, design solutions, guide engagements from problem definition to delivery, and build working apps alongside the team.

This role includes pre-sales, proof-of-concept work, and mentoring the Advanced Development Team to extend low-code platforms with custom development and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years in a client-facing consulting, solutions engineering, or advisory role.
• Proven track record leading discovery, requirements-gathering, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication is important; comfortable in ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience designing and building low-code applications on the listed platforms.
• Proficiency in relational database design and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and discovery sessions.
• Challenge assumptions and guide scalable client outcomes.
• Present to stakeholders from operations to the C-suite.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions for prospects.
• Design and build low-code and integration solutions.
• Own delivery end-to-end: timeline, scope, quality, client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
