Job summary

Quandary Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to thrive in both strategic client conversations and hands-on solution development. This fully remote role supports design, build, and delivery across engagements in the United States.

The role blends consulting with builder work, including pre-sales scoping, proof-of-concept solutions, and complex integrations using low-code platforms and traditional development practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing consulting, solutions engineering, or advisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable in ambiguity; ownership bias.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building low-code applications across one or more platforms.
• Hands-on Workato experience is a strong plus — building recipes, connectors, integrations.
• Proficient in relational database design and API/webhook integrations.
• Experience with AWS/Azure ecosystems and data analysis tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom functionality using JavaScript, Python, APIs, webhooks, SQL, HTML/CSS.
• Design and build applications using low-code platforms and traditional development practices.
• Build scalable integrations between business systems and third-party platforms.
• Design and build AI/agentic solutions that extend low-code platforms.
• Lead discovery sessions and present to stakeholders from operations to C-suite.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, development, and delivery.
• Partner with sales to lead requirements gathering before contracts.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes for prospects.
• Author scoping documents and levels of effort.
• Own delivery end-to-end with focus on timelines, scope, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
