Job summary

Nextiva is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive technical pre-sales for our AI-powered customer experience platform. You will lead discovery, design demos, and own POC engagements while coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Services teams.

Remote-friendly with onsite collaboration near Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in pre-sales, knowledge of UCaaS/CCaaS, APIs, and strong presentation skills, plus up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Ability to present confidently to technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Nextiva's competitive landscape and security/compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical discovery to uncover customer requirements and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and POCs.
• Coordinate with Product, Eng, and Services to align solutions with customer needs.
