Nextiva is redefining customer experiences with an AI-powered, conversation-centric platform. The Solutions Consultant will own the technical sales process, lead discovery, design demos, and coordinate Product, Engineering, and Services to win enterprise deals.

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, or remote nationwide, the role requires up to 20% travel and strong presentation skills to both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
Preferred understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP, VOIP, AI, APIs, Automation Services and common integration patterns (Workato, Redox).
Ability to present to technical and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with competitive landscape (e.g., RingCentral, Five9, Genesys, Zoom).
Travel: up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead business and technical discovery to uncover customer requirements, pain points, and success criteria.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Foster relationships with vendors and partners to enhance solutions.
Own PoC engagements, including scoping and success criteria.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
Partner with Account Executive on account strategy and deal planning.
Act as the technical voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering.
