Nextiva, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Solutions Consultant to lead the technical sales process across the US. You’ll own discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Services to ensure customer success.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in pre-sales or technical consulting, deep UCaaS/CCaaS/CRM knowledge, and the ability to speak to both technical and business stakeholders. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role
• Knowledge in UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP, VOIP, AI, APIs, Automation Services
• Able to present confidently to technical and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with Nextiva's competitive landscape (RingCentral, Five9, Genesys, Zoom)
• Proficiency in leveraging AI to enhance workflows and drive efficiency
• Bonus knowledge in Data Security & Privacy (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR) and languages like Spanish or French

Aufgaben

• Lead business and technical discovery to uncover customer requirements, pain points, and success criteria
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Foster relationships with third-party vendors and partners to enhance solutions
• Own PoC engagements, including scoping and success criteria
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires
• Partner with Account Executive on account strategy and deal planning
• Act as the technical voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering
• Handle basic objection handling on architecture, security, and integrations
• Stay up to date on new technologies, industry trends, security & compliance
