AiDASH is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to bring the PreventionFirst Platform to electric utilities. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into powerful solutions and compelling ROI narratives, shaping tailored demos, and coordinating cross-functional teams to win new business.

The role combines strategic storytelling with technical depth, to guide customers through demonstrations and architecture discussions while aligning with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Consultative approach to understand customer's business, goals, and challenges and how to partner with them to use our technology.
• Solutions-oriented problem solver who gravitates toward the art of what is possible in ambiguous situations.
• Strong technically with ability to configure tailored demos using low/no-code tools.
• First principles thinking to arrive at the right answer in dynamic situations.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Discover and shape the story by engaging with prospects to craft ROI-focused narratives.
• Win the technical sale with architecture deep dives and low-code demos.
• Create tailored customer materials—demos, slides, RFP responses.
• Rally cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals.
• Guide customers through technical questions leveraging knowledge of the platform.
• Shape the future by feeding customer insights into the roadmap.
