AiDASH in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to bring our PreventionFirst Platform to electric utilities. This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you translate complex business needs into compelling technical narratives and ROI stories.

You will lead tailored demos, architect solutions with low-code tools, create business cases, and collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to shape our roadmap while keeping pace with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in a technical domain.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Critical infrastructure industry experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into tailored demos and proposals.
• Architect scalable solutions and perform solution architecture discussions with clients using low-code tools.
• Create tailored customer-facing materials, slides, and business cases aligned with product roadmap.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop polished proposals that win new business.
• Guide customers through technical questions and challenges and provide ROI-driven narratives.
