AiDASH is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Sales in the USA, Remote, to lead enterprise deals with VP-level and C-suite leaders in the utility sector. You will originate and orchestrate multi-million dollar opportunities, shaping our PreventionFirst Platform and delivering transformative outcomes for customers.

This high-visibility role reports to GTM leadership, travels ~30%, and focuses on winning new logos, strategic expansions, and partner collaborations with an ambitious startup

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of enterprise software sales experience targeting VP-level and C-suite in utilities' T&D operations.
• Elite consultative selling skills with ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Win new marquee logos through a sophisticated consultative sales approach.
• Drive multi-million dollar enterprise deals from origination through close.
• Architect and execute account and deal strategies with champions at all levels.
