Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consultant to lead end-to-end project workstreams in our Commercial Practice, transforming how customers work with Technology, Data, and AI to deliver value for Life Sciences. You will shape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible outcomes.

You will mentor Associate Consultants, contribute to business development, and help grow our IP across data-driven, SaaS-enabled engagements in a fast-growing, global team.

Qualifications

3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting
Expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel
Analytical rigor for quantitative and qualitative reasoning
Ability to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Master Class pathway for 3–5 years life sciences experience or military background

Responsibilities

Lead project workstreams from end-to-end with high-quality design and delivery
Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva data and software insights
Mentor and manage Associate Consultants within your workstream
Drive practice growth through business development and internal IP creation
