Job summary

Faro Health is seeking an experienced (Senior) Solutions Consultant to join as the first in this role. You will bridge business and technical stakeholders, shaping tailored demonstrations and building strong client cases for clinical development transformations.

You will work with sales leadership and report to the Chief Commercial Officer, traveling as needed to drive meaningful outcomes for large life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within enterprise SaaS, or comparable management consulting experience with life sciences clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex evaluations across large, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional discovery skills and ability to drive clarity from questions.
• Outstanding communication across all levels, from clinical ops to VP level.
• Builder mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build the Function by shaping the pre-sales playbook, creating demo assets and ensuring a seamless cross-functional experience.
• Lead Pre-Sales Engagements with discovery conversations, tailored platform demos, and RFI responses.
• Build and nurture client relationships, align value proposition, and identify technical champions.
• Navigate technical evaluations, handle integration questions, support security reviews, and quantify ROI.
