Job summary

Faro Health Inc. is seeking a (Senior) Solutions Consultant to join our growing team.

You will bridge business challenges and Faro's platform, shaping tailored demonstrations and building a business case that resonates with executive and clinical stakeholders. You’ll lead pre-sales engagements, collaborate with sales, product, and marketing, design reusable assets, and deliver confident, data-driven client conversations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within enterprise SaaS, or comparable experience in a management consulting role, with meaningful exposure to life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex evaluations across large, matrixed organizations with extended buying cycles.
• Exceptional discovery skills - you ask better questions than you give answers, and clients leave conversations with a clearer sense of direction.
• Outstanding communication across all levels: equally comfortable at a whiteboard with a clinical ops director and in a boardroom with a VP of R&D.

Responsibilities

• Build the Function: shape pre-sales playbook, develop reusable assets, ensure seamless cross-functional experience from first conversation through onboarding.
• Lead Pre-Sales Engagements: run discovery conversations, deliver tailored demos, contribute to RFI responses and proposals, maintain demo environments.
• Build Client Relationships: earn the trust of clinical leaders, shape account strategy, identify technical champions, translate feedback into product strategy.
• Navigate Technical Evaluations: handle integration questions, support security reviews, quantify business impact with ROI analyses.
