Job summary

Assured is hiring a Solutions Consultant to drive discovery, design deployments, and manage technical relationships with carrier accounts. You’ll work hands-on across defect tickets, API payloads, and data mappings, with QA, documentation, and monitoring responsibilities.

A SaaS background and 5–10 years of tech/analytical experience are preferred. You’ll collaborate with a Client Engagement Manager, own the technical narrative, and grow into greater account ownership.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret API payloads.
• Strong attention to data details and accuracy.
• Clear written communication for defect tickets and docs.
• 5–10 years in technical, analytical, or client-facing roles, SaaS preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML-focused products helpful.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and design deployments and integration strategies.
• Embed during deployments, expansions, and opportunities.
• Own the technical narrative across assigned carrier accounts.
• Write defect tickets with repro steps and sample payloads.
• Review API payloads for mistranslations and data loss; perform smoke tests.
• Maintain versioned workflow docs and mapping specs.
• Monitor account health with SQL against production data.
• Lead internal incident management with Client Engagement team.
• Increase ownership of carrier accounts over time.
