GiveCampus is the world’s leading fundraising platform for nonprofit educational institutions. We seek an Integrations Consultant on the Partner Operations team to help schools succeed on our platform by integrating with major advancement CRMs and data systems.

This senior, partner-facing role blends deep technical work with practical fundraising knowledge, offering opportunities to shape capabilities, contribute to the roadmap, and work with both operations and product teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in advancement, fundraising operations, or partner-facing roles at a SaaS, ed-tech, or nonprofit-focused company.
• Deep understanding of how advancement teams operate, their workflows, and systems used daily.
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Proven track record building tools, internal apps, or integrations used by others.

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Technical Success: help schools fully integrate with GiveCampus and hit fundraising outcomes.
• Be the Technical Voice of the Partner: trusted advisor to gift officers and IT directors.
• Become a Systems Authority: master major CRMs and the broader advancement ecosystem.
• Build What Partners Need: develop integration tools, custom apps, or new capabilities.
• Partner Across Teams: collaborate with Advancement Services and Platform Product & Engineering.
