Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable systems that improve efficiency and client value.

The role requires detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives; mentoring team members and driving delivery excellence are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide status updates and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
