Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions responsible for partnering with stakeholders to identify business challenges, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions. You will translate requirements, evaluate data, configure solutions, test, and document delivery to ensure client value and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams, with emphasis on delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters.
