Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value. You will perform requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, and solution configuration to support successful delivery of business initiatives.

The role requires independent judgment, mentoring, and collaboration to deliver high-quality client outcomes through analytical rigor and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team experience through collaboration, accountability, and professional conduct.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.
• Review work products for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.
