Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive efficiency and client value. The role requires detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
