Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with internal and external stakeholders, identifying challenges and delivering scalable, high-value solutions. The role involves requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

The Senior Consultant mentors colleagues, exercises independent judgment, and contributes to client outcomes through collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, or related services.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions and coordinating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and solution designs.
• Provide status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
