Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify challenges, analyze processes, and design scalable, value-driven solutions. You will conduct requirements analysis, design workflows, test configurations, and document results to ensure successful project delivery.

You will mentor junior team members, manage multiple priorities, and communicate progress across cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
