Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in consulting, business analysis, or tech implementation.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery with docs, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and design scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
• Analyze processes, design requirements, and document solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders through project lifecycles.
• Develop client documentation, reports, and presentations.
