Ryan is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with internal and external stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value. The role includes requirements analysis, design, data evaluation, configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

The candidate will mentor team members, exercise independent judgment, and contribute to high-quality client

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
