Job summary

Omilia is seeking a senior Solution Consultant to lead the technical pre-sales motion in designated regions, bridging commercial and technical aspects from discovery to POC, and crafting technically sound, well-scoped proposals.

You will be the trusted technical advisor to strategics, coordinating with product, security, and professional services to ensure successful engagements and high win rates across Omilia’s platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in pre-sales solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical advisory roles in enterprise SaaS/CCaaS.
• Proven track record owning the technical pre-sales motion for complex deals.
• Deep technical knowledge of contact centre architecture and integrations.
• Strong conversational AI knowledge including NLU, ASR/TTS, and intents.
• Able to design customised product demonstrations and POC environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design engagements for assigned region or segment.
• Serve as the definitive technical authority on Omilia's platform for deals, ensuring architecture soundness.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to map Omilia capabilities to customer use cases.
• Own RFP/RFI technical sections end-to-end and coordinate cross-functional input.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape and provide technical battle cards.
