Signature Performance is seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role in the United States. You will support delivery of IT solutions, gather requirements, and drive improvements across enterprise infrastructure, applications, and security.

Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential for coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams. You will extract data for BI insights, prepare documentation, and assist in release management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT business and information environment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of Health Care IT developments and release practices.
• Gather requirements and work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems into meaningful BI to improve processes and products.
• Provide guidance on release management and architecture alignment across teams.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Draft briefing materials for executive leadership and stakeholders.
