Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role. You will support planning, configuration, documentation, testing, release readiness, and ongoing improvements of technology-enabled business solutions across health IT and enterprise applications.

You will gather requirements, document processes, configure no-code platforms, and coordinate inputs from stakeholders to ensure timely milestones and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business and information environment analysis.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle
• Exceptional written and oral communication across business, functional, development and security teams
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use)
• Ability to independently assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word documents under time pressure
• Experience with machine learning and AI
• Ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly
• Well versed in lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Experience with data modeling & data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, configuration, documentation, testing, release readiness and continuous improvement of technology-enabled business solutions.
• Translate business needs into configured workflows and delivery tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, and work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Configure no-code software platforms and extract data to BI workflows for process improvement.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and compliance.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, risk assessment, and release management activities.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives and stakeholders, telling the story with concise content.
