Publica by IAS is a leading advertising platform for CTV/OTT. The Senior Manager, Solutions Architect will oversee customer success for enterprise clients, deep-dive data analyses, and coordinate with product and engineering to drive growth.

You will engage with high-touch, technically complex accounts, mentor a small team, and communicate clearly from end-user to C-suite. Hybrid role with regional pay knowledge across locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ad tech with strong customer service leadership.
• 5+ years in direct management overseeing teams.
• Experience with video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI and header bidding.
• Proven ability to analyze data and present insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service for enterprise accounts from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Engage with customers, deep dive data, run analyses and provide insights.
• Coordinate with product and engineering to feedback client needs.
• Mentor and manage three Technical Account Managers as a player/coach.
• Drive account growth and successful implementations across clients.
