You will engage with customers, deep-dive into data, respond to inquiries, become an expert across Publica products, funnel feedback to product and engineering, and drive account growth through strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ad tech experience, with a track record of customer service.
• Experience managing high-touch, highly technical clients end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising.
• Ability to derive insights from large data sets and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of customer service for Publica products.
