Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for a senior leader to oversee customer success for Publica's CTV/OTT video solutions in the US market. You will manage client relationships, guide data-driven insights, and coordinate with product/engineering to drive growth across enterprise accounts.

You will mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, own key accounts, and ensure smooth end-to-end implementations from pre-sales to post-sales. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of ad tech experience.
At least 5 years of direct manager experience.
Experience with high-touch and highly technical enterprise clients.
Experience resolving issues from pre-sales through post-sales and full-scale implementation.
Exposure to ad servers, SSP/DSP platforms, and related interfaces.
Proven experience with object-oriented programming, tool development, and automation.
Experience with large data sets and querying tools (MySQL, Amazon Athena).
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to mentor juniors.

Requirements

Experience working with high touch and highly technical clients
Experience resolving issues from pre-sales through post-sales and full-scale implementation across enterprise clients
Exposure to ad servers, SSP platforms, DSP platforms, and other ad tech user interfaces
Proven experience with object-oriented programming, tool development, and automation
Experience working with large data sets and querying tools such as MySQL and Amazon Athena
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Combination of excellent technical, product, and business skills
History of driving projects forward and identifying areas for improvement
Passion for documentation and mentoring junior talent
