Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for a senior leader to oversee customer success for Publica's CTV/OTT video solutions in the US market. You will manage client relationships, guide data-driven insights, and coordinate with product/engineering to drive growth across enterprise accounts.

You will mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, own key accounts, and ensure smooth end-to-end implementations from pre-sales to post-sales. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ad tech experience.
• At least 5 years of direct manager experience.
• Experience with high-touch and highly technical enterprise clients.
• Experience resolving issues from pre-sales through post-sales and full-scale implementation.
• Exposure to ad servers, SSP/DSP platforms, and related interfaces.
• Proven experience with object-oriented programming, tool development, and automation.
• Experience with large data sets and querying tools (MySQL, Amazon Athena).
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of customer service as customers leverage Publica to power their CTV/OTT video business.
• Engage regularly with customers and understand their needs.
• Deep dive into data and run analyses.
• Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Become an expert with all Publica products.
• Funnel client feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Drive account growth.
• Own assigned accounts as a player/coach.
• Manage three Technical Account Managers.
