Qualifications

• 10+ years of ad tech experience with a proven customer service track record.
• Experience with high-touch, technically complex clients across pre- to post-sales.
• Strong knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI and programmatic advertising.

• Oversee all aspects of customer service for Publica's clients.
