Maximus is seeking a Senior Solutions Lead to bridge business strategy and innovative technology, designing solutions that drive meaningful outcomes. You will lead complex initiatives, influence enterprise decisions, and work in a fully remote capacity.

Collaborate with Digital Solutions and Business Development to assess opportunities, deliver architecture artifacts, and guide technology investments across value streams and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business or solution architecture for enterprise programs.
• Ability to lead flagship pursuits and resolve complex delivery challenges.
• Strong understanding of government services delivery models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-line-of-business solution development with SMEs.
• Assess opportunities and risks for strategic digital initiatives.
• Support digital strategy and monetization with the Digital Solutions team.
• Deliver business architecture artifacts to guide technology investments.
• Articulate business and operating models for executive reviews.
