Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Business architecture or solution architecture work spanning capabilities, value streams, processes, and technology.
• Ability to align with executive leadership and provide decision-ready recommendations under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of CRM, cloud platforms, data analytics, and API/integration patterns.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale solution leadership and complex delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-line-of-business solution development combining business capabilities and technology options.
• Assess competitive threats and opportunities from digital enterprises beyond traditional competition.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions to advance digital strategy and monetization.
• Deliver business architecture artifacts to guide technology investments and roadmaps.
• Clarify operating models and explore use of new tech to strengthen solution maturity.
• Identify capability gaps and prioritize development for future pursuits.
