Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Solutions Lead to bridge business strategy and technology, designing solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes. You will lead complex initiatives, influence enterprise decisions, and help transform how services are delivered in a remote, home-office environment.

You will collaborate with executives and SMEs to articulate operating models, identify capability gaps, and drive digital strategy and governance that enable scalable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Business architecture or solution architecture work connecting business capabilities, value streams, processes, operating models, user journeys, and technology solutions.
• Ability to work with technical SMEs and business leaders to evaluate options, risks, cost-benefit considerations, integration impacts, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑line‑of‑business solutions by aligning capabilities, value streams, processes, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions to advance digital strategy and monetization efforts.
• Articulate operating models and identify opportunities to reuse technology to enable capabilities.
