Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead high-priority government IT pursuits. You will shape solution design, define win themes, and drive pricing strategies leveraging Maximus Accelerators and reusable components.

You will mentor junior architects, collaborate with capture managers, and ensure compliance with customer needs while translating complex requirements into scalable architectures. This remote role offers exposure to cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10-12 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study required (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of technical IT experience including solution development.
• Experience with government IT landscape and compliance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, extensible solutions.
• Lead major solution components within capture teams.
• Translate client requirements into viable architecture.
• Mentor junior architects and guide cross-team collaboration.
• Review RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with proposal teams.
• Work with pricing and delivery teams on cost realism.
