Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior solution architect to lead design and strategy for high-priority government pursuits. You will translate client needs into scalable architectures, mentor junior architects, and collaborate with capture managers on pre-RFP opportunities.

You will work with cross-functional teams across cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML and compliance frameworks, guiding proposals, pricing strategies, and transition plans for operational readiness. Remote role with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience including solution development.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, extensible solutions leveraging cutting‑edge technologies.
• Lead solution reviews with executives and SMEs; mentor junior architects.
