This remote role requires strong leadership and expertise in CRM/CCaaS, cloud platforms, and data analytics to deliver high-impact outcomes for government services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and executive presence required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑line‑of‑business solution development with business capabilities and processes.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions and Business Development to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead flagship pursuits and address complex operational and delivery challenges.
• Create and present investment roadmaps, value streams, and journey maps to executives.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and reuse of existing platforms where appropriate.
