Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior consultant to drive Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (RCPG) initiatives across enterprise solutions. You will design and architect RCPG solutions, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and help shape go-to-market strategies.

The role requires deep RCPG domain expertise, strong business case development, and leadership in RFP/RFI processes, with a focus on AI/ML use cases and cloud migrations. Collaboration with sales and product teams will be key.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods experience in business or domain consulting/enterprise solutions.
• Deep experience designing & architecting solutions across RCPG domain and applications.
• Engage diverse audiences from middle to senior management/CXO level.
• Ability to build value propositions and business cases.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure with distributed teams.
• An B.Tech/MBA/PGDM degree.
• Identify trends in IT to spot new RCPG business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to develop Go-To-Market strategies.
• Work with Product Engineering to prepare industry solutions and demos.
• Lead RFP/RFIs, financial modelling, and solution defenses for clients.

Responsibilities
