Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Presales focused on SDDC to lead SOW development, align solutions with client needs, and drive revenue through service offerings.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and client teams to deliver high-quality, modernization-focused infrastructure solutions including VMware Cloud Foundation, networking, and storage architectures, with a strong emphasis on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or a related technical consulting role.
• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
• Experience supporting cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, and security initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support clients, engagements, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Partner with SHI stakeholder teams to develop, enhance, and position service offerings.
• Collaborate with sales teams, customer success managers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and client engagement.
• Contribute to practice development through innovation, service advancement, and the creation of standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners to drive satisfaction and long-term success.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in service delivery, infrastructure modernization, and cloud technologies.
• Evaluate business challenges and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Lead technical assessments and guide the evaluation, selection, and implementation of hardware and software technologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving architecture practices while recommending modernization opportunities and strategic technology investments.
