Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Presales Solutions Architect for SD/DC with deep expertise in service delivery, modernization, and cloud technologies. The role emphasizes creating SOWs, aligning solutions with client objectives, and driving revenue through professional services expansion.

You will collaborate with internal teams, sales, and clients to deliver high-quality service solutions, contribute to practice development, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or related technical consulting roles.
• 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), aligning solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying opportunities and expanding service offerings.
• Collaborate with SHI stakeholder teams to develop, enhance, and position service offerings.
• Coordinate with sales teams, customer success managers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and client engagement.
• Contribute to practice development through innovation, service advancement, and standards creation.
