Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect within the SDA team in Seattle to translate complex customer challenges into multi-architecture blueprints and roadmaps. You will lead cross-domain efforts, engage executive buyers, and shape lifecycle opportunities from pre-sales through delivery.

You will mentor staff, drive reusable IP, and partner with Sales, DAT, and CX PM to close strategic deals, while ensuring solutions are scalable and de-risked for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in technical solutions architecture or engineering.
• Expert-level certification such as CCIE or equivalent.
• Proven proficiency across at least two major Cisco technology domains.
• Experience managing complex multi-architecture engagement lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-domain transformational solutions by translating customer needs into blueprints and journey maps.
• hunt and accelerate lifecycle opportunities with sales and delivery teams to close transformational deals.
• Lead CX RFP/RFI engagements and articulate business value of Cisco technologies and services.
• Bridge pre-sales solutioning to delivery, conducting risk assessments and mapping dependencies.
• Influence executive IT/OT decision-makers with industry expertise and strategic insight.
• Incubate emerging services and reusable IP in collaboration with GTM teams.
• Mentor architects and lead architecture workshops to elevate technical communities.
