Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in technical solutions architecture or engineering.
• Expert-level industry certification, such as CCIE or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency across at least two major Cisco technology domains.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-architecture technical engagement lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-domain transformational solutions by translating customer requirements into blueprints and journey maps.
• Hunt and accelerate lifecycle opportunities with Service Sales, Account Teams, and DAT to close high-value deals with minimal friction.
• Lead CX RFP/RFI engagements as the designated CX Lead Architect, articulating business value of Cisco technology and services.
• Bridge pre-sales to delivery by conducting risk assessments, cost feasibility, and mapping dependencies with post-sales delivery architects.
• Influence executive IT/OT decision-makers by translating complex architectures into business value for Cisco’s lifecycle roadmap.
• Incubate emerging services and reusable IP by collaborating with CXPM and GTM teams to scale offerings.
• Mentor and elevate the technical community through workshops and cross-architecture knowledge sharing.
