Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for our sales team, customers, partners, and community. You will map customer needs to Elastic Stack offerings and drive value-based engagements across regions and events.

In this role, you will own technical win cycles, enable partners, and continuously improve through learning, while traveling up to 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in technically presales selling and implementing technology.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and architectures.
• Proven track record in influencing decisions and winning deals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and managers.
• Understand customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address them.
• Own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic solutions and services.
• Onboard and enable partners in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with Elasticians to meet client needs.
• Amplify the voice of the customer to engineering and leadership teams.
• Develop sales and technical skills through continuous learning.
