Job summary

Keyfactor seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer for the East (Federal) region. You will lead technical discussions with federal clients, drive tailored solution development, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with sales and product teams to align capabilities with customer needs.

This role requires US citizenship, remote work in VA/MD/DC corridor, and up to 25% travel. Strong cloud, security, and enterprise software experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience leading technical discussions for key accounts.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to sales strategies.
• Strategic thinking to shape sales initiatives and deployment roadmaps.
• Experience with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with key clients and translate requirements into advanced technical solutions.
• Drive solution development for key accounts with tailored, robust architectures.
• Provide expert guidance to internal teams and clients as a subject matter expert.
• Support strategic sales initiatives with product knowledge and customer insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and suggest product enhancements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members to develop technical skills.
• Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback.
