Job summary

Keyfactor is seeking a Technical Product Manager for AgileSec in a remote US setting. You will own core capabilities from discovery to adoption, partnering with engineering, UX, sales, and leadership to deliver customer value in enterprise security.

The ideal candidate has mid-level experience, strong agile skills, and comfort with PKI and cryptography in Linux/Windows/Kubernetes environments. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Eng or related field.
• Experience as Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical thinking.
• Comfort with PKI, cryptography or enterprise security concepts across Linux/Windows/Kubernetes.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own AgileSec capabilities through full product lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog with engineering and leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate feasibility and manage risks.
• Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and business outcomes to steer roadmap.
